StairliftRepair.ie is part of The Mobility Guy Services. This page explains how our website and online price checker work. It is not a replacement for the details and terms of a quote we agree with you.
Prices and visit requests
The price checker uses our saved pricing rules and a checked driving route. An online price is indicative until we confirm your address, the work needed and what is included. Where a route or repair needs a closer look, we will confirm the price personally.
Standard visits are pooled with nearby work. Urgent dedicated visits usually have a shorter timeframe, but both depend on availability. Clicking Book or requesting a visit does not reserve an appointment. We contact you to agree the arrangements. There are no payments or appointment dates to select in the price checker.
Major repairs and major parts are quoted separately. The inclusions, exclusions, VAT treatment and lead-time estimate for your chosen repair or removal are shown with your quote.
Google Maps address search
Address suggestions and route checks are provided through Google Maps services. Use of that part of the website is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps Additional Terms of Service, incorporated here for the Google Maps functionality. Please check that the address you select is the right property; a suggested address does not confirm stairlift suitability or access to your home.
The Google Privacy Policy applies to information Google receives. Our Privacy Policy explains how address search and your enquiry information are used.
Using the form
Use the website to make genuine stairlift enquiries. Please do not submit other people's details without their permission or use automated requests to overwhelm the price checker. Usage limits may temporarily stop searches; you can contact us if you need help.
Please do not remove covers, bypass safety switches or test-ride a faulty stairlift to answer the form. If someone is stuck on a lift, call us on 087 737 9265. If anyone is in immediate danger or needs emergency medical help, call 112 or 999.
