Straight travel, with a separate seat swivel
The Synergy travels along a straight rail. Its seat turns at the landing, while the seat, arms and footrest fold away when it is not in use. A problem with one of these movements is different from the lift failing to travel up or down.
Tell us which movement is affected and whether the chair still responds to its control or a remote. Do not force a stuck seat or footrest.
Indoor or outdoor makes a difference
Bespoke describes the outdoor Synergy as having weatherproof components and a protective cover. An indoor Synergy should not be treated as an outdoor model simply because it has a similar chair.
If the lift is outside, say so at the start of your enquiry. Include the installation location, any visible damage and whether a cover is present. Keep the inspection to what you can see safely without opening the lift.

The Synergy has a digital status display. Photograph or copy the message before contacting us, and describe the last normal journey. For a routine service, include its age and service history; for removal, show the top and bottom of the stairs as well as the chair.

Can a Synergy go around a bend in the stairs?
Synergy is Bespoke’s straight model. Bespoke’s curved model is Infinity. If you are asking about a new or replacement lift, show the full staircase so its shape and landings can be assessed.
How do I tell you about an outdoor Synergy?
State that it is outdoors and send the model label, a full installation photo and a description of the problem. Bespoke lists an outdoor version separately, so we need to confirm the fitted version before discussing the work.
