The curved rail is part of the picture
Bespoke makes the Infinity rail to suit the individual stairs. For a fault enquiry, tell us whether the chair stops at a bend, near a landing or at a different point each time. A photo showing the whole route is more useful than a close-up of the chair alone.
For removal or a possible move, include both ends of the rail and the landings. A rail made for one staircase should not be assumed to fit another; the proposed arrangement needs assessment.
Read the display exactly as it appears
The Infinity has a backlit diagnostic display that reports its status in text. Copy the full message, or send a clear photo of it, along with what the lift was doing when the message appeared.
Also say whether the issue affects travel, the seat turning at the landing, or folding the footrest. Bespoke describes separate controls for these functions, so “the chair will not move” can mean more than one thing.
- Does the chair respond to its own control, the remote controls, both or neither?
- Where is it parked, and does the same message stay on the display?
- When did it last complete a normal journey?
Before a service or removal enquiry
Send the model and serial details from any safely visible label, the approximate installation date and any service record you have. Mention changes such as new noises, uneven movement or difficulty turning the seat.
Take photos from a safe position. Do not open the carriage, release the chair from the rail or bypass a safety sensor to investigate a fault.
A useful starting point
Tell us what you have, and what has changed.
We work on many stairlift brands. The exact model, installation and fault matter, so send a few details to confirm the options and any parts needed.
- The model name and serial number, if you can read the label safely.
- What happens when you try to use the lift, including any displayed code or sound.
- Your county, and whether you need a repair, service, removal or replacement.
If the lift is not working normally, avoid using it until you have advice. Do not bypass a safety device or open the lift to investigate.

Questions about the Bespoke Infinity
Is the Bespoke Infinity the same model as the Synergy?
No. Bespoke lists Infinity as its curved stairlift and Synergy as its straight stairlift. Include the actual model name and a rail photo when making an enquiry.
What should I send if my Infinity shows a message?
Send the wording exactly as shown, where the chair is on the rail and what happened immediately beforehand. The message is useful information for assessment; it is not a reason to dismantle the lift or override its sensors.
